We’re looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Floral Designer to join our team! If you love working with colors, textures, and design—and enjoy bringing beauty to life through high‑quality faux florals—this could be the perfect fit.

✨ What You’ll Do

Create custom artificial floral arrangements for retail sales
Design wreaths, centerpieces, bouquets, and seasonal décor
Maintain clean, organized work areas and manage floral inventory
Collaborate with leadership on new product ideas and merchandising
Ensure all designs meet quality standards and brand style

✨ What We’re Looking For

Experience in floral design (artificial or fresh) preferred, but talent and creativity matter most
Strong eye for color, balance, and composition
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable, motivated, and passionate about design
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail or production environment

The Ellis Family Tradition

Ellis is a family owned and operated company dating back to the late 1800's with its original roots in pottery manufacturing in Marshall, Texas. However, now a days things have changed quite dramatically with Ellis extending its product reach into all different aspects of Home Decor and Gardening. Ellis Home and Garden has been in business over 44 years beginning in Bossier City, La and eventually expanding into East Texas with a total of five retail locations and two seasonal stores.

Ellis has one of the most impressive greenhouse operations around, showing all types of products, from tropical plants out of California to annuals and shrubs grown locally.

Ellis prides their stores on not only having a unique product selection, but also showing its customers how to best use this product with intricate displays throughout the entire store.
